Neural control is an utter means of communication between humans and the surrounding digital world, in which commands are given to a computer directly from brain signals without any input devices.
Our technology applies a non-invasive approach, which means that the device does not need to be implanted. You simply wear it on your head just like you put on a watch or a sports bracelet on your hand.
HOW THE TECHNOLOGY WORKS?
There are a large number of methods for working with impulse responses of the cerebral cortex. 99% of non-medical devices on the BCI market are using biofeedback. This method does not allow using neural interfaces extensively, as it has a number of technical limitations.
The Neiry team followed the road less traveled and developed algorithms that allow operating on the basis of evoked brain potentials. Our neural networks are trained in such a way that the user does not need to learn how to work with the neuro-headset, unlike other 99% of similar devices. And as early as from the second use of the device, artificial intelligence maximizes the impulse recording accuracy.
Our system enables you to perform up to 8 different actions per unit of a digital image, while 99 % of similar devices barely perform 2—3 actions.
The Neiry BCI-VR device is based on the P300 algorithm. Aimed for different uses, the device is now being used mostly in the Edutainment sector as an immersive technology educative device, and also for neuroscientists to be used in their research.
The Neiry device is very convenient as it requires no additional setup prior to using. It’s a portable and wireless device. You just need to put on the device just like how you put on a bracelet, it takes no more than one minute. This makes it very convenient for users of all ages.
Besides that, the Neiry device comes with its own web platform for users to create VR quizzes using their own questions and images. The platform acts as a template, users log in to key in their preferred questions which then are automatically converted into a real VR content.
Neiry also provides an SDK, developers can design similar systems and applications as needed using the SDK.
